Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of the Guide, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once the Guide has been purchased and the download link has been delivered to your email, the transaction is considered complete. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a digital product and that you waive any right of withdrawal or "cooling off" period that may otherwise apply, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Why No Refunds?
Digital products cannot be "returned" once delivered, as you retain a copy of the file. This is standard practice for digital product sales and is consistent with applicable consumer protection laws for digital content that has been accessed or downloaded. Under EU Consumer Rights Directive, you acknowledge that by purchasing digital content, you expressly consent to the performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download link is delivered.
Exceptions
In the rare event that you experience a verified technical issue preventing you from accessing or downloading the Guide (e.g., corrupted file, failed email delivery, broken download link), please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue by:
- Resending the Guide to your email
- Providing an alternative download link
- If the technical issue cannot be resolved, issuing a full refund
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:
- Revoke your license to the Guide immediately
- Pursue recovery of any fees, costs, or penalties incurred as a result of the chargeback process
- Report the dispute to relevant fraud prevention services
We strongly encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issue fairly and promptly.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your jurisdiction. If mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide for refund rights that cannot be waived, those rights are preserved.
Contact for Issues
If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us at the email address in the Contact section below. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues promptly and fairly.
